Detailed mitt/pad work and technical sparring to sharpen combos, timing, accuracy, and movement to develop surgical precision in offensive and defensive maneuvers - formatted specifically for all skill levels
All training sessions (Private, Small Group, Large Class) are scheduled for 1 Hour (60 Minutes) time periods. "Per Session" rates are for individual 1-on-1 coaching. "Per Person" rates are for each individual participating in small groups or large classes. On-Site Training: We bring our expertise directly to your preferred location whether that is a private home gym, office, or personal facility.
