1-on-1 Private Coaching

Personalized sessions which focus on the specific goals of the individual athlete, offensive & defensive styles, spacing, footwork, combinations, and progressive conditioning with detailed analysis and feedback.

Small-Group Clinics

Structured group sessions (2-8 participants) built around skill themes which include situational drills, ring movement, and controlled partner work. Get the energy of a team environment while still receiving coaching cues and individual corrections.

Large-Group Classes

Remote Training Consultation

Technical analysis for competitive fighters or athletes. Video evaluation of your technique, footwork, stance, movement, placement, and conditioning along with recommendations or a specific program for improvement.

Strength & Conditioning

High-intensity physical training sessions which involve a focused progression of calisthenics, weightlifting, jump rope, sprinting, and interval drills to build athletic speed, power, explosiveness, functional strength, and endurance.

Technique Sessions

Detailed mitt/pad work and technical sparring to sharpen combos, timing, accuracy, and movement to develop surgical precision in offensive and defensive maneuvers - formatted specifically for all skill levels

**Session Information**

All training sessions (Private, Small Group, Large Class) are scheduled for 1 Hour (60 Minutes) time periods. "Per Session" rates are for individual 1-on-1 coaching. "Per Person" rates are for each individual participating in small groups or large classes. Training Locations: Affiliate Facilities: Train at one of our premium partner gym locations across the DFW area. On-Site Training: We bring our expertise directly to your preferred location whether that is a private home gym, office, or personal facility.
